Contracts Management & Legal:
- Drafting and vetting of agreements including but not limited to Master Service agreements, vendor agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Professional Service agreements, work orders/ SOWs, Letter of Intent etc.
Replying to legal notices, issuing legal notices.
- Provide legal opinion and guidance to other departments on various references and examining the recent legislative changes.
- Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management under labour laws.
- Review and draft internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements
- The maintenance of cordial Management - Labour relationship in the organisation and initiate & implement welfare oriented schemes and handle legal matters pertaining to employment
- Implementation of statutory schemes such as EPF, FPF, ESI, Gratuity, Insurance etc.,
- Attending Litigations at the level of Labour courts, Lower & Higher courts.
Skills
- Experience in drafting of agreements / contracts.
- Knowledge of Indian Legal laws and more preferably IT laws.
- Should be having good communication and drafting skills.
- Sense of collective team work and dedication to achieve the completion of assignments
Qualification and experience
Law graduate from recognized university with minimum 5 years post qualification experience.
Preferably having knowledge of Labour Laws.
