Position  Assistant Manager/Lead Assistant Manager - Proposal Support  Important: This is 4 pm to 1 am shift.  Interview -   First round - written test  Second round - Technical round  Final round - with the client  Job Description  3 to 7 years of experience in presales/proposal development including exposure of leading large proposals across different service lines  Skills and Experience  - Strong capabilities in writing and editing proposal documents (RFPs/RFIs etc.) that are focused and innovative  - Responsible for the development and management of the proposal workflow to adhere to the work plan, schedules, and milestones  - Provide input in the proposal strategy formulation and support the Client Service Teams for developing the winning theme and value proposition  - Collaborate effectively with multi-cultural, dispersed and multi-party teams  - Ability to build and manage the relationship with key stakeholders  - Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making abilities   - Proficiency with Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)  Educational Qualification  - BE/B.
