Assistant Manager - Investor & Market Outreach

Role Summary :

- He / She would be responsible for supporting the marketing function in roll-out of marketing and promotion plans.

- The person would be required to engage actively with all key stakeholders within the business at the time of development and implementation of annual/quarterly marketing plans, marketing calendars and performance tracking so that all marketing initiatives are aligned to business objectives and areas of focus

- Identify, develop, and implement marketing plans/projects focused at New Customer Acquisition and Customer Retention

- Initiate, conduct and analyse market research to capture customer feedback, current market conditions/market requirements for existing service delivery model

- To be responsible for supporting various aspects of marketing like event management including seminars, Webinar and Teleconferences, preparing AVs, brochures, sales pitch dialogues, collaterals development, etc while adhering to branding norms of the company

- He / She would be responsible for event marketing, negotiating and coordinating with external agencies, efficient ground handling for all investor/issuer outreach related initiatives.

- Maintain detailed MIS of all the activities and analyse it for optimum results

- We are looking at 2 yr full time MBA's with 1 yr - 2 yr of experience from good reputed B school's only - 2011, 2012, 2013 batch only,

Desired Candidate profile:

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Ability to liaise with corporates

- Should be able to ideate, conceive, plan and execute events within tight timelines

The working hours for the team are stretched most of the times. The incumbent is required to manage roll out of events and activities around the same within stipulated timelines.
