KEY ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED  - Design and execute compensation practices for all International locations;  - Manage HR due diligence for new International locations as per business plan.  - Create compensation structure for new International locations & manage for all existing locations;  - Execute the salary benchmarking process for all international locations;  - Finalize the mode of hiring for new and existing locations basis the legal set up;  - Manage Annual Increments norms and salary adjustments as required;  - Manage Talent Acquisition for (selected) International locations;  - Prepare Salary fitments for all locations;  - Manage payroll and payroll audits;  - Play an active part in manpower planning;  - Support in new search partner empanelment;  - Support in doing reference checks and joining formalities for employees;
