We have an urgent opening for one of the Big4 firm :

Designation :

Assistant Manager : 4 Position

- 2 Bangalore

- 2 Delhi/NCR

Qualification and Years of Experience :

- CA - 3 Yrs to 7 Yrs ; Non CA - 5 Yrs to 9 Yrs

or

- MBA Tier 1 - 3 Yrs to 8 Yrs ; MBA Tier 2 or Tier 3 - 5 Yrs to 9 yrs

- Mandatory Note Should have experience in Client Management and People Management.

- Mandatory to have experience in Internal Audit.

- Mandatory to have experience in Consulting, Shared services or Big 4 Clients in their current or previous role/organization.

Job description :

- Experience in Control assurance and risk management, SOX 404 attestation, Internal Audit engagements.

- Prior experience in internal audit,SOX testing and operational and compliance audits

- Knowledge of Risk and Controls, SOX lifecycle

- Good knowledge and experience in non IT business process controls.

- Prior project management experience handling large client engagements

- Should have led small to mid size teams( team size of at least 3-4 people)

- Experience or exposure to Big4 accounting firms/consulting firms is advantageous

- Sector experience in Financial services is desirable
