Preparation & amendment of HR & IR Policies/Manuals from time to time as per Govt. guidelines.  - Maintain good morale and discipline by effective Grievance handling.  - Experience in dealing with local, semi govt. and Govt. bodies  - To ensure compliance of all statutory provisions pertaining to labour laws, maintenance of Register, Industrial health, safety & welfare as per Factories Act.  - Lead the union members in a positive direction for the benefit of the company  - Ensure compliance through contractors and maintain good relations with statutory authorities.  - Deal with unions/ labour issues, handle legal & court matters, liaise with Govt. authorities & consultants, union negotiations on various IR issues.  - Statutory and non statutory welfare programs to be initiated.  - To interact with all the Employees, Team Leaders and Managers to develop team building, Employees morale, and reduce conflict between the inter and intra departments
