Job Description :

- Manage HR due diligence for new International locations as per business plan.

- Create compensation structure for new International locations & manage for all existing locations.

- Execute the salary benchmarking process.

- Manage Annual Increments norms and salary adjustments.

- Manage Talent Acquisition for International locations.

- Manage payroll and payroll audits.

- Play an active part in manpower planning.

- Support in new search partner empanelment.

- Support in doing reference checks and joining formalities for employees.
