- Work as HR Business Partner looking after end to end generalist role.
- Driving people's performance and development of all associates.
- Facilitating career development for managers and staff associates through role realignment, internal movements and preparation of succession plans.
- Conducting manpower planning and talent segmentation based on quantitative and qualitative performance parameters.
- Strengthening talent pipeline through productivity analysis, lateral hiring and managing campus recruitments at executive and managerial levels.
- Conceptualizing and delivering functional and behavioural skill building trainings.
- Driving Zonal incentive programs through incentive construct designing, communication of targets and monitoring performance.
- Plotting and linking business numbers and processes of front-end associates to drive and measure performance and ensure documentations as per established process.
- Administering performance appraisal process for the workforce.
- Preparing and adhering to the annual business plan for compensation and admin costs.
