Essential Responsibilities HR  Provide full range of HR Generalist support for a business vertical   - Provide direction and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including: selection, employee relations, employee compensation, employee engagement and organizational design   - Drive employee connect, give feedback to the employees and Sr. Management team, resolve issues  - Coach and counsel employees regarding HR policies and procedures with respect to transfer, promotion, compensation, benefits and conditions of employment. Drive internal job postings for the vertical as per the process and ensure the closure within specified timelines  - Focus on identification, selection, and retention of talent to ensure a dynamic pipeline of talent  - Play role of an employee advocate, balancing fair labor standards, policy and practice and business needs   - Partner with client leadership and local HR counterparts to plan and execute strategies that ensure maximum engagement of human resource capital  - Proactively manage HR systems in order to maintain integrity of employee and organizational data  - Ensure a culture of teamwork, partnership and transparency by working closely with all stakeholders  Facilities :  Responsible for managing wing to wing operations of Mumbai Facility and support in rest of India facilities operations, including Project Management, Car and House Leases  - Maintain and develop relationships with current and potential service providers [Vendor Management]  - Coordinates and works with different stakeholder during crisis situations to create a business contingency plan, and ensure minimal to no impact on business critical processes.  - Responsible for ensuring operation costs are within budget.   - Supporting and driving variable cost productivity initiatives   - Developing, measuring and reporting process and performance metrics to drive improvement in facilities, including help desk service levels  Salary Offered : 6-9 LPA
