Position - Assistant Manager - HR
Job Location - NOIDA
Should be an MBA (or equivalent) in HR
Should have worked on all aspects of HR
Should have 6-10 years of experience.
Should have been an integral part of the HR team of at least one large software company.
Mandatory Primary Skill -
Subject knowledge:- A solid grasp on HR fundamentals including On-boarding, PMS, Trainings, Talent Engagement, Separation, Comp & Ben, Interviewing, hence, you make a confident auditee for the processes owned by your department Team Lead Skills:- You can delegate and can confirm consistent and quality team performance- You create back-ups/ shadows within the team- You groom your team for the next level.
Mandatory Secondary Skill -
- You can read HR Policies/ Processes/ SOPs like a novel and can swiftly recommend enhancements.
Also you can draft impact-making mails, letters & memos.
- You are a people's person who is seen mostly with them understanding and settling their HR concerns
