This has opened up an exciting opportunity .The position will be based in Bangalore, and responsible to support multiple stakeholder companies by providing Corporate HR Services, policies creation, coordinate Campus hiring, build & execute Training Calendars in the areas of Personality & Business skills development and organize MIS / write-ups for local & international media.

Our Client is an MNC, develops and manufactures seals, vibration control technology components, filters, nonwovens, surface treatment products, release agents and specialty lubricants, medical technology and mechatronic products and offers its customers in the passenger car and commercial vehicle industry, mechanical and plant engineering, textile and clothing, construction, mining and heavy industry, energy, chemical, oil and gas sectors tailor-made, innovative technological products and services. Customer groupings also include companies in the medical technology, civil aviation, rail vehicles and semiconductor sectors.

Job Expectations:

- Create and execute Training Calendar in the areas of Personality and Business skills Development, both by direct delivery as well as by coordinating with suitable Training vendors.

- Gather HR information relevant for pan India and create presentations and MIS for the onward reporting internationally.

- Create policies commonly useful for HR teams and be a contact point for similar assistance as a key contact in the Corporate office

- Visit companies in India regularly to conduct Training as well as to support HR processes and documentation.

- Measure and report Effectiveness across all types of Programs in the Training Calendar.

- Support Compensation and Benefits work / benchmarking efforts across companies by direct work in Projects, participate in industry-wide surveys and create strong documentation.

- Coordinate with campuses for hiring talent annually and also support specific requests with lateral hiring.

- Support with lateral hiring, Training and coordination with company Training Center and other CSR activities.

- Engage in overall Talent Management initiatives across the country and support the effort with detailed documentation, follow-up and MIS.

Skills & personal attributes:

Essential:

- Understanding and experience of working in a corporate function / shared services

- Strong HR and L & D background with experience in Talent Management

- Strong Understanding in Compensation and Benefits administration

- Strong fundamental knowledge in all HR subjects

- Strong English Language Skills

- Willingness to work directly on all initiatives as an individual contributor

Desired:

- Ability to work on varied set of HR subjects and access appropriate support from the industry

- Quality to handle high pressure at workplace and willingness to stretch goals

- Willingness to travel (monthly once) to conduct Training / HR activities in different locations

Experience: 8 years - 12 years

Qualification: Post Graduate HR Course / Other PG but with proven HR exposure
