The incumbent is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.  Partner leads the change management projects and manages the HR related internal and external communication. The business partner identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees and high potential employees  Job Responsibilities:   - Conducting HR Pulse / Skip sessions for mid mass employees  - Providing relevant inputs for designing effective employee retention interventions  - Handing PMS cycle and ensuring relevant data/ information flow  - Evaluate and improvise existing practices to offer enhanced HR service delivery to the business  - KPI Discussions with middle managers  - Facilitation and Induction of all new joiners  - Managing organizational changes at Zonal Level  - Handling and resolving complaints and grievances @ Zonal Level  - PIP initiation discussion and execution.  - Conducting Exit Interviews  - Discussions on all Asked To Leave cases (Negative BGV, lack of performance, violation of COC, unprofessional behavior, breach of integrity)  - Grievance / Complaint Handling  - Dealing with all cases pertaining to return of absconding employees  - Handing PMS cycle and ensuring relevant data/ information flow  - Performance management   - Case management  - Exits  - Implementation of New Launches  - Initiatives and projects  Desired Profile:  - Qualifications: MBA HR (Full Time)  - Proactive   - Fluency in Hindi and English, both verbally and written communication, including report writing skills  - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and HR systems Communication, articulation and facilitation skills  Who Should Join:  - Who can formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.  - Should have capability to maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.  Note: Should have handled a span of 800-1000 people.
