We have an opening for the post of AM - HR Business Partner for our client company which is into Financial Corporation (KPO) at Malad - Mumbai location. They are looking at candidate only from (KPO/BPO/IT) sector.  Responsibilities and Key Result Areas:  - The incumbent will collaborate with the BU to implement relevant HR strategies  - Drive retention programs   - Responsible for performance management and improvement initiatives   - Manage employee relations activities and advise managers on employee issues   - Responsible for employee engagement programs, development initiatives and rewards & recognition frameworks   - Support the annual compensation activities ensuring consistent and fair decisions are made in the promotion, bonus and salary increase processes   - Responsible for career management & development plans and implementation   - Drive best practices and improvements to internal processes & systems   - Independently drive strategic projects   - Expected to keep a finger on the pulse of the BU through open houses and employee interactions   - Proactively communicate policies and process to employees   - Drive HR SLAs for the BU to ensure 100% completion   - Deliver additional assignment and projects assigned by the management.  Qualifications:  - Full time MBA (HR) from Premier B School is a must  - 2-5 years of HR generalist experience with a strong learning orientation   - Good hands-on knowledge and appreciation of HR processes, policies and sub systems   - A high level of analytical /logical ability and a solution selling approach   - High on persuasiveness which helps drive closures   - Good written, conversational and presentation capabilities  - Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams  - Ability to interact confidently with Senior Leadership  Please note that candidate who are willing to work in fixed US shift timings (04pm till 01am) may only apply.  If you find the above profile interesting, you may send your updated CV along with your Current CTC, Expected CTC and Notice period to be served.  For any further clarification you may also contact us.  Radha B. Cortaal Global Pvt.
