Individuals with excellent communication skills with exposure in Corporate HR will be preferred.  LOCATION: Mumbai  YOUR FUTURE EMPLOYER:  A leading, global group with billions of assets under management providing full- spectrum financial services serving millions of customers.  YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:  - Leading and supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) project teams for various HCM projects; indulging in content management and requirement analysis for key stakeholders.  - Analysing data and construct HR Analytics dashboards.  - Undertaking improvement in processes; work on HRIS systems and modifying the project related documents  - Designing and implementing strategies for various OD processes like - Succession planning, Talent acquisition and Development.  - Maintaining strong connect and liaison with the virtual team and primary stakeholders of the organization.  THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:  - A post graduate/ graduate degree with 4 to 6 years of experience in working on Human Capital Management/ Corporate HR in BFSI space.  - Prior experience in Constructing HR Analytics/Project dashboards & Reporting specifically in Attrition, PMS; and service delivery management.  - Expertise & experience in managing the implementation and service delivery of Human Resource Information System (HRIS).  - Exceptional communication, inter-personal and analytical skill and international stakeholder management  - Exceptional analytical, team management (virtual) and communication skills.  - Ability to work in fast paced and high stress environments.  WHAT IS IN FOR YOU:  - An opportunity to work with a global firm in a high visibility role as a part of the Analytics team.  - A meritocratic culture with clear/great career progression.
