Ensure timely delivery of management Reporting packs to Shareholders and Top Management as per the calendar  2. Preparation of financial and non-financial KPIs, Quarterly Business Review Presentation to the Board.  3. To work on adhoc reports/presentations and providing analysis as per requirement of the management.  Identify and monitor lead indicators of business performance and ensure that reports are generated and circulated to keep the top management abreast of relevant KPI’s.   1. Identify new KPIs and analysis  2. Development of new financial models and back testing them before rolling out  3. Tracking of Expense Gap, Profitability Analysis and Scorecards to ensure timely variances visa-vis budgets   Deployment of appropriate systems, tools and processes to ensure timely, accurate delivery of reports with adequate controls	  1. To work toward automation of designated reports by supervisor.   2. Ensure highest process compliance through timely updation and use of manuals for report preparation   Monitor Opex and Expense gap in line with Plan in order to ensure that expense budgets are modified to be brought in line with actual performance	  1. Analyse Opex and Expense Gap & highlight Exceptions  2. Track unit costs and allowances for various functions   3.
