Job Profile :  Key Responsibilities :  - Interest Income accounting on daily basis  - Finalising Loan book of Company on monthly basis  - Preparation of monthly MIS relating to Interest and other revenue components  - Implement API process between Tally & Business ERP  - Managing Loan disbursal process end to end.  - Due diligence of loan documents as part of pre disbursal audit process  - Co-ordinating with various stakeholders (Sales Team, Legal Team & Credit Team) to ensure timely completion of Loan disbursal process.   - Managing loan closure process  - Interact with Portfolio team and respond to their requirement in defined TAT  - Supervise and ensure daily Collection accounting being done by Finance executive in Tally ERP 9.  - Supervise and ensure daily reconciliation Collection booked in Business ERP & Accounting software (Tally 9)   - Supervise and ensure daily completion of book keeping aspects related to Income accounting.   - Supervise and ensure daily bank Reconciliation  - Ensuring maker and checker process for various process within Finance Department  - Process improvement and creation relating to Merchant payments  - Documentation Management  - Controllership function  - Vendor & Inventory Management  - Regulatory Compliances  - General Correspondence and Communication  - Responsible for cheque preparation (reimbursements, expenses)  - Maintenance of file and record keeping system  Qualification & Experience :  - Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience needed.  - CA with 1-4 years of Experience.  Skills Set :  - Good knowledge of Tally & Computers (MS Office, email communication)  - Should be presentable with good communication skills.  - Independent, meticulous and able to multi-task  - Strong analytical abilities.
