Candidate Profile :   Able to lead a team Numeric power Quick grasping ability Work under stress.  Critical Experience Requirements :   - Critical analysis of finance & account statements  - Timely preparation of reports, MIS  - ERP experience of accounting software   - Timely bank reconciliation of accounts  - Should have worked as an SBU Head  Job Description / Responsibilities :   - Timely preparation of financial statements, MIS of the business, closure of books  - Responsible for capitalization of assets, billing both manual & DNR systems, bank reconciliation  - ERP exposure like Axapta, SAP   - Preparation of tax returns - VAT, Service Tax, Income Tax  - Knowledge of provisions of VAT, service tax and preferably GST Act  - Work experience relating to reconciliation of mismatch of input tax credit  - Compilation of data relating to assessment  - Liasioning with consultant as well as tax authorities  - Proper maintenance of records, documents, statutory audits  - Be able to initiate internal controls, cost measures, rectify discrepancies  - Ensure preparation and circulation of documents deficiency reports, data on ageing and NPA provisions  Please Note: Candidates only from Mumbai can apply for this position.
