The Role : To be responsible for all direct tax aspects & support businesses and to ensure that the Organization have the most suitable working environment for employees and business activities.

Key Performance Areas:

- Handle transfer pricing assessment & corporate tax assessment.

- Understand the business & collaborate with various business functions so as to set up a process of making transfer pricing a means of routine function.

- Collaborate with finance functions to set up process & method for easy access to meaningful information & documentation.

- Initiate atomization of standard reports & information required for assessments.

- Counseling various stakeholders about importance of documentation.

- Managing litigations & hearings well in advance & setting up templates or standard reports for common information required in such cases.

- Having collaborative meetings with business functions on any changes or new strategies functions on any changes or new strategies that they make and analyzing it from a tax prospective.

- Contributing to wards a tax efficient structure, tax planning & cash repatriation.
