Assistant Manager - Direct Tax - CA - FMCG

Assistant Manager- Taxation (Direct Taxation):-

A Chartered accountant with minimum 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in the field of taxation. (can be Nov 2011/ May 12 attempt CA).

Job description:

- Advising internal stakeholders on withholding tax obligations on domestic and international payments and ensuring necessary compliance in respect of Form 15CA & 15CB on international payments.

- Monthly and quarterly Tax provisioning under I GAAP & US GAAP.

- Quarterly TDS return filing

- Income Tax / Wealth Tax returns and compliance

- Data Compilation for Transfer Pricing Audit and Assessments.

- Preparing necessary documentation for IT assessments/appeals and representation before Regulatory authorities.

- Data compilation for Tax Audit and closure of the same with Tax Auditors

- Knowledge management in respect of recent amendments, circulars and tax incentives available under Income Tax Act.

- Working knowledge of service tax laws would be added advantage.

- Should be conversant with leading accounting packages such as SAP, ERP etc
