AM Marketing Digital will participate to the implementation of the Marketing Plan. Through her/his various capabilities, she/he will be able to coordinate an efficient communication strategy to reinforce Somfy brand and for launch of new products/ solutions using Traditional & Digital media in the Indian market.  She/He will also participate in marketing intelligence & strategy work, especially regarding competition analysis, market mapping & segmentation and strategic analysis.   The key missions of the job include:  - Develop and implement marketing strategies for increasing awareness of company brand in India, translate them into achievable roadmap/ action plan.  - Manage the operations of marketing & promotional activations with an emphasis on process seamlessness, quality and superlative customer experience.  - Plan and work closely with Key Channel Partners in planning, developing and implementing joint promotional activities for brand enhancement.  - PR & Networking: Leverage associations to increase networking and Develop articles/case studies/Product information for releases in publications.  - Drive customer acquisition via online marketing - SEM, SEO, PPC, display, Retargeting, Web Analytics, Email marketing, Social media and other optimization methods  - Tracking regulatory and competition environment through regular market research and voice of customers with dealers, distributors and Sales team  - Responsible for analysing the overall business health for the product line by providing detailed analysis (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, annually) in consultation with various functional heads.  - Develop tactical & strategic initiatives to gain market share, defining SOPs, Go-to-market strategy, product to channel strategy, discount structure correction, inventory level correction etc.   - Budgeting: Work closely with respective sales function to develop forecasts/ targets/ budgets per the corporate guidelines along with regular reporting.  Other working interfaces (internal & external) :  - Other company's BU marketing departments  - Corporate (communication department)  - Daily teamwork with other departments  Required qualifications and/or experience : Other characteristics or qualities required :  - MBA in Marketing and Communication is must  - Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies  - Experience in implementing communication campaigns from designing to delivery of tools  - 4-6 years of experience in communication and marketing, preferably in the furnishing, lighting & electrical industry.  - At least 2-3 years of experience in digital & web.   - Proven experience in customer and market research   - Relevant product and industry knowledge   - Experience with relevant software applications, especially designing software and MS Office (Power point & Excel)  - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects while maintaining deadlines and managing resources.   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills   - Creative skills  - Analytical & strategically thinking   - Organization and planning   - Problem analysis and problem-solving   - Formal presentation skills   - Adaptability   Contact: Jaswinder kohli
