Astt Manager/ Dy Manager - Talent Acquisition @ Gurgaon, India  We are looking for relevant candidates to fill the following position with a well known client.  Position : Astt Manager/ Dy Manager - Talent Acquisition  Education : MBA ( HR ). Tier 1 MBAs preferred  Experience : 2 - 5 years  Location : Gurgaon  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience  Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :  - Responsible for hiring talent across functions.   - Build a talent rich community comprising of targeted candidates.   - Search and actively headhunt candidates through job portals, personal and social network for relevant job openings in the technology function.   - Coordinate the entire recruitment process lifecycle.   - Understand the technical requirements, create job description and align candidates to available positions accordingly. Develop and maintain shortlists for hiring managers.  - Conduct initial screening of candidates.   - Cultivate relationships with all candidates for future job openings. Develop and execute the sourcing strategy for passive and active candidates.   - Run technical sourcing campaigns.   - Work effectively with external search partners (vendor management) and maintain social media profiles and online job portals.   - Work towards targets and close open positions as per the agreed TAT and SLAs.  - Should have 2- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition. Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills.   - Excellent sourcing skills. High energy levels to get the right talent.   - Willingness to learn and excel at any task at hand.   - Has a sense of ownership.   - Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.   - Ability to multi task between multiple sourcing campaigns, interviews and communication with candidates.   - Good logical evaluation and judgment /decisions.
