Location: New Delhi

Key Result Areas:

- Develop communication plan with all employees.

- Attend key client meetings to create brand awareness.

- Preparing customer centric presentations, marketing materials.

- Public Relations Activities

a) Media management

b) Key Account Management.

c) Lead Generation.

- Industry Associations - Building relationships with government associations.

- Industry and Competition mapping for relevant usage.

- Client mapping to map need.

- Monitoring and updating the changes in regulatory atmosphere.

- Maintaining CRM database - iConnect.

- Ownership of all web based marketing activities like mailers, forums etc.

- Country Specific Website Management - Develop & Manage to increase lead generation.

- Exhibitions & Seminars - Support cross business requirements

- Internal branding - increase visibility to create sense of belongingness and standardization.

Internal Communication :

- Manage all activities related to the news letters from the Managing Director's desk.

- Regular Communication to increase awareness of services across the globe.

Qualification:

- MBA with 5 years of experience

Requirement:

- Marketing skills in conventional and new media; Creative skills and ability to get work through affiliates

- Excellent communication skills, writing and verbal

- Ability to understand the macro picture and adopt a result oriented approach

- Exceptional research skills - both secondary and primary

- Self driven with excellent communication skills

- Should have basic understanding of financial statements

- Comfort with numbers, excel and powerpoint

- Flexibility in working hours and provide support whenever required

Experience:

- In B2B marketing or in consumer durables AN ADDED ADVANTAGE
