Key Accountabilities & Deliverables :
- Support in design, implementation and administration of the organization's compensation and benefit programme and activities in line with the organization's objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness.
- These programme may include job structure framework management, salary administration, short-term, long-term and sales incentive plans administration, pay range recommendations, employee benefits (such as health and insurance benefits including wellness), pension plan (NPS)
- Support in timely data submissions for industry related compensation & benefits survey and benchmarking practices
- Analyzes survey, employee, and financial data to summarize findings, draw conclusions, and make recommendations about total rewards programs
- Liaise with team members to organize data around HR Costs and Support in HR analytics and MIS reporting. Also responsible for auditing payroll data and carrying out financial reconciliations
- Support in benefit delivery projects, managing first level queries around benefits, responsible for ensuring timely submission of enrolment data to insurer/benefit provider
- Support in preparing info/communication packs on Salary Review, Bonus /Incentive Plans, and Payroll elements; also liaise with HR Tech vendor for delivering Salary Review, Incentive Plan letters for employees
Candidate Profile :
Qualification :
Post-Graduation : PGDM/ MBA (full time) in HR
- 3 to 4 years experience ( 2 years relevant )
Skills & Knowledge :
- Good understanding of compensation models and benefits structure applicable to the service sector
- Working knowledge of the law and associated tax/reporting requirements in the areas of compensation, payroll, and benefits administration
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good financial and business acumen
- Demonstrated project management skills such as planning, execution and implementation.
- Expert/advanced knowledge of Excel
