Title : Asst Manager /Deputy Manager  Reports to : Senior Manager - Design Strategy Cell  Location : HO  Academic Qualifications :   Essential : B.E   Desirable : PG / MBA In Materials Management  Work experience : 5-8 years   Job Description :  - Awareness on Capital procurement processes  - Hand on experience on Interior / Electrical & HVAC contracting rate working  - Understanding of component design for fixture rate working   Project management :  - Budget Preparation, Budget Assessment made by team with training them   - Smooth function of process - PO, Receipt, Measurement, billing, GRN, MIRO and taxation - Helping the Team with any road blocks  - Audit - Test checks - Process audit, Site Quality / quantity audits  - MIS Process - Reports covering Various process, TECO and Project closures  Procurement - Strategic level :  - AWCG - Finalizing rate contracts, vendors needed etc  - Vendor Development / management   - Imports - Complete process - end to end process including monitoring of forex, metal pricing etc  - Capex cost management - Responsible for Capex cost management along with design team to ensure correct product, pricing and quality.  - Vendor evaluation / assessment  - Liaison with commercial for Payments and Vendor issues - Act as a bridge for project team, vendors and commercial team to ensure over all system works properly.  Industry Preference : Retail / hospitality / project management consulting
