We are looking for out the box thinkers for this Assistant Manager - Customer Service Role with a leading FMCG giant in Mumbai   Exp Required : 5+ Years  Job Location : Mumbai   Job Responsibilities   Your responsibilities will include the following but not limited to:  - To remain one point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, feedbacks, requests in order to ensure timely and professional responses/follow up enabling satisfaction of customers.  - Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer wherever applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through contact tracking.  - Contribute to the development and maintenance of standards, policies and procedures regarding customer service. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience.  - Adhere to all corporate policies, guidelines and statutory requirements. Recommends to senior management adoption and/or changes to policies and guidelines to reflect circumstances within the customer service area.  - Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making and handling issues in the best interest of both customer and company.  - Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.  - Tracking and reporting of relevant customer care performance metrics.
