The position is with a client which is a reputed BPO having different business lines.  Reporting Manager's Role - Ops Manager / Sr. Ops Manager  Qualifications - Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferably in a Business/Finance/Accounting related field)  Job Description   Handling chargeback team of 20-30 analysts.  Training and assisting team members on disputes process.  Investigate credit card escalated disputes based on documentation / information from customers and rules set by Associations (Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Discover etc)  Handling the supervisory queue for chargeback related query resolution and approvals.  Managing client relationship.  Email Management- Handling queries from Stakeholders \ Client related to Disputes process and other managerial activity related communication  Meeting KPIs and client defined SLAs.  Handling daily/ weekly calls with the stakeholders.  Accurate reporting of MIS.  Undertake other assignments as given by the Ops Manager.  Ensuring Information security for sensitive data.  Driving process improvement projects.  Handle the audits for the unit  Competencies/Skill set requirements  Excellent communication skills(both written & verbal)  Good analytical thinking to interpret customer disputes  Client communication and management  People Management skills.  Strong knowledge on MS Office tools  MIS reporting and analysis  Good interpersonal skills  Ability to meet stringent client deliverables  Effective presentation skills  Ability to delegate work and ensure completion  Monitor Team performance and activity  Expert knowledge on - Cards(Credit & Debit) Operations-   Certified six sigma Green belt and sound knowledge in Lean concepts  Preferred personal attributes   Highly motivated & self-driven  Result orientation  Customer orientation  Analytical thinking  Knowledge/Experience requisite   Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking and Financial domain, preferred candidates with Cards and Chargeback experience  Shift of operations Rotational shifts mostly nights
