Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management and Compensation & Benefits
- Attendance and Leave Management
- Coordination with appraisal process
- Handling Payroll Process for 1,000 employees
- Look after the statutory compliance ESI, EPF (F&F Claims), PT, TDS, LWF.
- Compensation Bench marking Surveys
- Compensation Advisory - Pay Design, Pay Structuring, Rewards Strategy, Job Evaluation
- Variable Pay & Incentive Design
- Responsible for India Annual Increments & Bonus calculations and pay-outs - including identifying employees eligible for increments & bonus based on the guidelines set and analysing budget verses Actual Pay-out.
- Design comp/benefit structures in line with local practices, compensation surveys and benchmarking on a global scale.
- Providing compensation fitments and offer recommendation
- Evaluation of C&B processes and policies to ensure they are current, competitive and in compliance with legal and local rules and regulations
- Resolve compensation issues and independently make appropriate recommendations to the management, wherever required.
- Analyse Market Data from Compensation & Benchmarking Surveys and recommendations on Compensation Structure, Salary, and Internal Parity Vs Market Competitiveness.
- Maintain Attrition database
- Restructuring Compensation & Benefits
- Variable Pay policy Design

Education, qualifications, special training, experience and skills
Years of Experience: 4 - 9
Education: Full time MBA from B School.
- Must have handled compensation activities independently.
- Excellent in all calculations i.e. PT,HRA,LTA,Gratuity etc
- Must have a expertise in excel
