Assistant Manager - Business Modelling - Consulting Firm

Responsibilities :

- Perform detailed reviews of financial models, arrive at preliminary conclusions and present the findings a report format to clients

- Manage engagements for modeling transactions (mergers and acquisitions), financial feasibility of projects,corporate and debt restructuring, and corporate strategy

- Identify issues and propose strategies related to the procedures executed

- Assume a leadership role in report generation and detailed financial modeling

- Maintain and develop positive, productive and professional relationships

- Supervise, develop and mentor professionals at the staff and senior level

- Demonstrate responsibility and work co-operatively with engagement team members

- Manage a team of 3-5 business modeling professionals

- Use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of services provided

Desired Proifle :

- MBA/CA experience of 3 - 6 years

- Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, interpersonal and teaming skills

- Willingness to travel, when necessary
