- To provide benefits administration support globally
- Monitor the overall processes management, identify improvement areas and implement adequate quality control measures to maximize customer satisfaction level
- Co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders & teams, spread over various geographical areas and time zones
- Prepare standard operating procedures (SOP), ensuring conformance to service level agreements, implementing audits in line with the guidelines specified by the client/onshore partners
- Conducting benefits benchmarking exercise for various APAC countries using market published reports
- Working closely with the country HR on tracking the insurance vendors, renewals and premium amount on an on-going basis
- Analyzing the variable pay structure for various countries to ensure optimum alignment with the market in order to stay competitive

- The incumbent must be an MBA or PGDBM specialized in Human Resources from premier B-Schools with about 4-6 years’ relevant experience ( 2007 - 2010 batch)
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to create comfortable interaction environs with multiple employee levels
- Must have hands on approach to work and ability to think laterally
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and numeric capability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with project management experience
