- Talent acquisition - discover and attract excellent talent in the market as per the organization's growth needs.  - Manage and support transactions related to on boarding of new employees, status changes for existing employees and terminations of employees.   - Provide advice and guidance on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures as they relate to individuals and the company objectives.  - Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances etc).  - Responds to unemployment claim inquiries and background check adjudication requests.   - Actively support on Employee retention and engagement initiatives.  - May perform other responsibilities as assigned.  Salary range: 700000 - 850000
