Assistant General Manager - Finance Controller - CA - Healthcare/Pharma

Job role:

- Responsible for managing the entire Finance department

- Review fixed asset registers, accrual reconciliations and proper working capital management

- Manage the accounting, compliance, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments

- Liaison with internal and external auditors

- Responsible for Operations Accounting to ensure team delivers within agreed TAT with focus on customer service and operational controls

- Responsible for timely and accurate Monthly Cost Center reports

- Responsible for timely and clean Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and Concurrent Audit with complete coordination for timely finalization of accounts

- Responsible for Internal Financial Controls over Financial Reporting (IFCFR) in line with regulations

- Responsible for all Direct & Indirect Taxation matters and coordination with Tax Consultants

Desired profile:

- Chartered Accountant with 8-12 years of experience in Controlling Finance Dept

- Min 3 years of controlling experience

- Good working knowledge of Financial reporting, group accounting, GST and corporate tax matters

- Proven experience in managing and developing a large team of finance professionals in MNC environment

- Working experience on accounting software like Oracle or SAP
