There is an opening with leading Manpower and staffing company for the post of AGM sales (Preferably staffing industry/media industry/online recruitment company/Hospitality industry.
Location -Mumbai
Experience - 8-12 y
Key Responsibilities :
- To lead the Business Development team in west region with complete responsibility for achieving regional business growth targets.
- To significantly build and grow the business and manage the overall top line for payroll and compliance business at a regional level.
- He/she would be responsible for building, mentoring and managing the sales teams at various locations. ( Team Size : 6)
- Would be responsible for CXO connect and client engagement with key customers
- He/she would also provide inputs for business and marketing strategy including long-term business plans.
- Forecasting and planning monthly & quarterly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame.
- Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies; initiating market development efforts.
- Engage with CXO level stakeholders and establish/maintain relationships with them.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales/Business Development
- Creative thinkers with consultative Consultative/ Solution sales approach
- Go getter with ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Should be mature and level headed
- Should have handled a team of at least 3-4 BD managers.
- Good negotiation and probing skills
- Good B2B market understanding of that particular region
