Assistant Director - Business Change Manager - Big4

Client is a global captive unit of a Big 4 Consulting Firm.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE - 8-12 yrs of total experience. currently at Manager level working in a top tier Global 'Management Consulting' Firm with client facing experience in Change Management, Process Improvement, Project Management, Transformation & Organisational Design.

Travel requirement - within 10-20% globally not exceeding 1-2 weeks at a stretch.

POSITION - Business Change Manager - In House Advisory services

JOB SUMMARY

Business Enablement Shared Services is a driving force behind Client's globalization - currently incorporating Procurement, HR Services, Global Shared Services and Program Execution Services- it aims to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in order to provide sustainable value and is at the core of Client's most notable transformation projects.

To enable the successful execution of these priority projects, Client established an in-house global advisory team - Program Execution Services (PES).

As a team of experienced consulting professionals, who operate with a global mindset, it has the breadth and depth of experience to execute in the areas of Project and Change Management, Process Improvement & Organisation Design.

As a core member within the PES team you will work closely with Project Leaders across the organization to design and implement change management solutions to improve and accelerate the delivery of projects and transformation initiatives. You will also play a crucial role in establishing PES as an enabling capability supporting company's globalization agenda.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Contributes as an effective team member and takes accountability for deliverables

- Creates value to clients independently- bringing excellent project and change management skills and past client experiences

- Deploys consulting best practice knowledge and techniques when undertaking work

- Performs rapid assessment of current landscape for clients and is able to provide insights around hypotheses and solutions

- As a team member, assists in providing smooth delivery of the project/program outcomes

- Acts as a coach to client staff to support embedding capability

- Develops and manages knowledge for use across projects and the Client communities.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

- Currently you are at Manager level with significant professional experience - of proven project and change management experience

- Proven track record experiencing large scale, complex and significant company projects

- Previous experience leading work streams and managing project initiatives

- Experience with all aspects of change, e.g. technology, process and organizational change

- Ability to manage ambiguity and the political aspects of change

- Strong project management skills and knowledge

- Ability to build and maintain relationship across many different functions and organization levels

- Excellent written, oral and presentation communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Experience with PMOs

- Good understanding of IT, HR, Finance functional processes and transformations

- Understanding of standard project methodologies re project initiation, current state analysis, future state design, implementation and project transition/close
