POSITION - Asst. Mgr/Deputy Mgr- HRD
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The incumbent will be responsible for playing the role of a Recruitment Expert and will be responsible for entire gamut of Recruitment activities. Your KRA will include:
Manage end to end recruitment of all positions including Sr. Level Mandates/Sales & Marketing as per defined SLA's
Build and continuously develop recruitment process to match best recruitment approaches and the business need
Drive best practices and processes across sourcing, selection and on-boarding of new joinees.
Using best practice selection techniques to select the highest quality candidate
Relationship management with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
Monthly meeting with Group Heads along with HR Representative for Manpower Planning.
Making sure that every selection .
Manage customers' expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction.
Salary Negotiation and Offer Letter generation.
Strategizing on recruitment process improvements.
DESIRED PROFILE:
The candidate should be a MBA (HR), MSW, MA (Psychology). All full time courses with 60% and above in academics. Candidate must have 5-8years of experience in Recruitment/RMG function in a leading IT Company or Consultancy.
Full Time Education is mandatory.
The incumbent should have the basic knowledge of software development process, various technical skills in the IT industry. Experience of handling Local/Outstation drive is also required. He / She should have passion to work with people, ability to lead and motivate people and ability to maintain relationships at all levels.
