Role Identifier :  Job Title : Manager HR (Designation name as per Sleek's structure - General Manager HR)  Department : HR  Reporting to Executive Director - Sleek, Matrix reporting to - Sr. Manager HR (AP)   Grade : III (Sleek structure)  Jobs Reporting Into : Location/Unit - Mumbai, Goregaon  Role Description :   - Handling HR at Sleek, including recruitment, training, performance management, engagement, statutory compliance as the HR Business Partner for Sleek.  Primary Responsibilities :  Recruitment :  - Supervise recruitment processes organized by HR officer for open positions  - Maintain database for sanctions vs. actuals of manpower on a monthly basis  - Assess the performance of recruitment consultants periodically, and take suitable steps to deal with poor performance.  - Coordinate with line managers to increase visibility on recruitment  Employee Connect :  - Connect with employees visiting all units and solve policy queries, gather feedback on their experience, conduct audit of HR processes.  Performance Management :  - Conducting goal setting workshop and increasing understanding of PFMS process  - Work with line managers on educating them on the process and improving capability of reviewing  - Rating consolidation, presentation to the board and line hierarchy for approval.  Compensation revision :  - Revise annual compensation for on roll & off-roll employees for Sleek  - Develop and updating the HR process document, sharing with all unit heads  HRIT :  - Educate all line managers about the new system  - Transition of HR processes onto the portal  Learning and Development:  - Training need identification discussions with all function, creating a training plan for the year  - Identifying sources - Internal and external  - Conducting training on the basis of the organizational agenda  Scope of Work :  People Management Scope (Range of no. of Direct/ Indirect Reports) : 4 HR officer,   Geography Coverage : Pan India  Corporate Coverage : Entire Sleek, including sales, manufacturing and all back-end functions  Key Interactions :  - Internal : Exec Director, Managing director, Sr Manager - HR Asian paints, all functional heads at Sleek  - Recruitment consultant, legal consultant, govt authorities, admin vendors.  Qualifications :  Essential :  - Graduation in any stream with 50% - full time  MBA in HR from Executive campuses i.e.  Executive Campuses :  - IMT Nagpur  - SIES COM, Mumbai  - BIM, Trichy  - Symbiosis Institute of International Business, Pune  - LIBA, Chennai  - Fore School of Management, Delhi  - IMI Delhi  - Wellingkar institute of management and research ( Full time)  - K J Somaiya  - IISWBM, Kolkata  - Sadhana Center for Leadership Development  - NIRMA, Ahmedabad  Previous Experience : 5 years to 7 years
