Location : Taloja  - Finalization of month plan in discussion with Supply chain central planner and procurement team considering stream level capacity, cycle times and manpower availability.   - Scheduling of batches using Microsoft excel / macros considering priority requirements, raw material (RM) / packing material (PM) availability and other factors in production.   - Committing supply dates for each order to required stakeholders and executing plan as per the committed dates.   - Regular review with Central planning and Purchase for priorities in RM / PM supplies, acceptance of additions / changes to the month plan.   - Coordinate with all cross functional departments like Admin, Quality, Engineering and HR to clear bottlenecks in the process for timely plan completion, critical raw material requirements, equipment availability and manpower requirements  - Industrial coating being majorly 2 pack products, planning of Base and Hardner / intermediate production in manner to minimize online inventory of semi-finished goods and non-moving intermediates / hardners.   - Annual SPI planning along with Central Function basis demand, equipment capacity and manpower planning.   - Identify deliverables for Planning Officer and provide required support to him in day to day planning for resolving constraints,  - Design review for all new formulations by coordinating with stakeholders in production, QA and technology to ensure timely updation of formulations in SAP by standardization officer and streamlining production of new formulations,  - Maintain the Safety, environmental and discipline standards at shop floor  - Maintain QMS and other systems documentation related to planning  - Take lead in stock taking exercise and initiatives to control Factory Level Losses.  Scope of Work :  Financial Scope (Range of financial spend) :   People Management Scope (Range of no. of Direct/ Indirect Reports) : Direct - 4 Officers/Sr Officers  Geography Coverage (Country-wide/ State-wide / Area-wide) - Plant  Corporate Coverage (Company-wide / Business Unit or Function-wide / Sub-function-wide / Other) : APPPG and APL  Key Interactions :  Internal : Stores, Quality, Engineering team, Personnel, Safety (Across hierarchy)  External : Supply chain planning and purchase, Technology function  Role Requirements / Specifications :  Qualifications Essential :  - M. Sc.
