- Working on Sleek brand Consumer Proposition, Positioning and other aspects of further building the brand to establish it clearly in the category of complete kitchens and wardrobes
- Identification of the right consumer segments and crafting the offering and communications to fulfill their needs
ATL and BTL communication
- Developing the communications strategies for the brand and delivering the same through ATL and BTL
- Architect and interior designer community/Projects module
- Content to introduce the collection in this community in an effective manner and induce trial
- Collaterals & POS Elements
- Development of collaterals and POS elements to help promote the range of products
Regional/National marketing initiatives
- Identifying regional priorities and opportunities to create comprehensive marketing initiatives to achieve identified objectives
- Network engagement program
- Working with sales team on a year round Full kitchen dealer activation program.
- Brand Performance and competitor tracking
- Analyzes brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develops strategies based on research and analysis. Develop metrics for tracking the performance of the brand and products. Track competition activity in the product segment
Education: MBA (Tier1/Tier2 campus)
