Arya.ai is founded by researchers from IIT Bombay and developed by scientists from Statistics, Nano-Tech, Bio-tech etc.   As the - Business Development Manager-, you- ll be working towards the formulating & execution of partner strategy by establishing technical relationships with CXO level people from the top innovative startups & tech driven companies. You- ll be responsible for adoption growth and global presence of the products.   Responsibilities:   - Establish and maintain exceptional partner relationships with the necessary partners for the purpose of designing and executing initiatives to develop, manage and drive revenue growth   - Collaborate with individuals and teams across the organization to assist in the successful execution of key initiatives with our partnerships and GTM programs  - Prioritize key activities, investments, and metrics to allow management to assist in the growth and advancement of the business   - Review progress attainment through frequent communications and Quarterly Business Reviews   - Identify specific customer segments and industry verticals to approach with a joint value proposition for using - arya.ai- .  - Manage complex contract negotiations involving legal, marketing and business terms.  - Responsible for maintaining a disciplined sales process through the use of tools and driving efficiencies and improvements for optimal results   - Responsible for leading or assisting a sales team in customer or prospect discussions involving our strategic partners   - Negotiate corporate wide agreements with strategic partners   Must have:   - Prior experience to SaaS & Cloud based products towards B2C & B2B business models   - Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives  - Sales capable - Ability to understand the product, the Tech USP's and show relevant demo proof supporting the statements and closing a deal   - Ability to manage conflict   - Readiness to travel   - Strong presentation and writing skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences  - Strong technical and/or business solutions acumen, with a demonstrated track record of driving emerging/disruptive technologies like open source software, virtualization and Software as a Service delivery models  - Ability to think and work creatively to develop unique joint value propositions and product strategy within the company and in the partner's organization  Qualifications:  - Right person possess prior experience of 3+ years of Sales and Partner & alliance development experience in Software/Technology Industry  - Education qualification includes MBA or Post-Graduation.
