Roles and Responsibilities  Manage Marketing Communication through various media channels:  - Understand the broad direction for the brand communication based on brand strategy  - Translate the same into a communication strategy for the brand and execute through advertising agencies  - Oversee the concept, imagery, shoot and production of advertisements for the brand.  - Engage research agencies to assess brand health and competition benchmarking as well as testing of any concepts being considered for the brand communication.   - Uses this knowledge to improve retail marketing activities by using suitable media.  Drive Retail Marketing activities from launch of new stores to pushing sales in existing stores;   - Plan and execute marketing activities to create excitement around opening of new stores and bring out the uniqueness of each store.   - Monitor and analyze overall sales, average bill size, average bill value, etc. for existing stores; Work closely with retail operations and suggest marketing interventions to boost footfalls and handle lean periods.   - Coordinate with VM team as required to align communication and look of the store.  Salary Range: 6 - 10 LPA
