- To oversee all information technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals. - Engage and Analyze the business requirements of all departments and determine their technology needs. - Provide IT support to business and bring stability in the current operations. Control business escalations, as when received. - Establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of business strategies given by top management. - To provide operational management for IT services, to ensure that they are delivered as per agreed standards committed to business teams. - Work with Department heads across the business and provide necessary help for IT Support. - To coordinate and lead process improvement initiatives by regular meetings and identify areas where application services can offer problem solving or recommended solutions. - Work towards implementing enterprise application projects, directing requirements definition, development, validation, and ongoing maintenance activities. - Planning, developing, supervising and implementing IT projects utilizing the established project management tools and techniques. - Implement enterprise application projects, directing requirements and ongoing maintenance activities to central team. - Coordinate and track customer service requests. - Compile data and performs analysis; provide written and oral reports and proposals to management team. - Maintain accurate and complete system documentation and business records; - Responsible for end user environment and network laid in business premises. Liaise with requisite vendor for complaint resolution. - Coordinating with Corporate IT team viz. Network, Hardware & ERP team for business requirements.
