Thus, we can ensure high flexibility, speed of reaction and efficiency within an environment of highly dynamic and competitive markets.   Role Description : Manager/Senior Manager: Sales & BD, Contact Center Services  Designated role calls for individuals with a sound experience of atleast 12-14 years in the contact center business, actively engaging leading brands to conceptualize, design and execute end customer support programs such as customer services, technical support Level 1 and Level 2, inbound sales, order to cash etc. The candidate is expected to have excellent relationship building skills, presentation skills and sound experience in the aforesaid domain. The candidate will be required to interact with sales/service heads and senior professionals in this role.   Reporting to the VP of Contact Center Services, this candidate is expected to be a self-starter and will be operating on his own in a given region with a clear focus in meeting both top line and bottom-line targets.  Key Responsibilities :   - Collaborate with a team of pre-sales/Bid Management and Project Management/Transition to acquire, manage and grow accounts  - Engage service professionals in leading corporate who have need to service end customers needs through various service channels/mediums  - Own revenue targets for a given region by presenting monthly revenue forecasts and maintain steady revenue pipeline with a focus on top-line and bottom-line  - Actively source new business opportunities through identifying new business prospects particularly from industries/verticals in which high quality customer service is at the core, such as the E commerce, Luxury Goods verticals etc.  - Liaise with operations team in arvato at different level of customer engagement for project fulfillment  - Responsible for working with management team, operations team and other functions within arvato to work out the price and customer estimates.   Experience & Education Qualification Required :   - The candidate is expected to have at least 6-8 years of relevant work experience of establishing sales/business development strategy, generating leads and nurturing them towards conversion, RFP/RFQ sourcing and management, Solutioning, Bid Management, Pricing and commercials calculations   - A post graduate degree in business management is preferred  Key Skills :   - Ability to translate ideas and concepts through power-point presentations   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills  - Ability to work with multiple external and internal teams to drive project implementation
