- Drafting of Directors report and all resolutions as and when required during the year  - Drafting and preparing minutes of the meetings like Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, etc.  - Revisions for documents such as Partnership Agreements, Mandate Letters, MOUs, Legal Notices, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Share Holder Agreements, Contracts & Addendums, etc.  - Maintain records of all financial investments i.e. Shareholders Agreements, Share Certificates, Auditors Report, Term Sheets, Due Diligence reports, etc.  - Manage all physical filing, scanning & documentation for company records  - All event based ROC compliances during the year i.e. appointment/resignation of director/auditor, allotment of shares, increase in authorized capital, notices, agenda, SEBI related compliances, etc.  - Prepare Indebtedness Certificate signed by Company Secretary/ CFO of the Company.  - Prepare copy of Notice of Annual General Meeting  - Prepare list of - Shareholders as on 1st April and 31st March, Share Transfers during the Financial Year, Promoters, etc.  - Maintenance of all statutory registers like Register of Members, Register of Directors, Register of Director Shareholding, Register of Key Managerial Personnel, Register of Related Party Contracts, Register of Loan and Investment, Register of Charge, Register of Securities
