Job Description   - Handle accounting team of 5-10 persons   - Responsible for authorizing all day to day accounting transactions and ensuring keeping of up to day accounting books in ERP or Tally   - Compliance of all statutory requirements like TDS, VAT, Service Tax and other applicable taxes.   - Providing solution to day to day issues faced by accounts team.   - Budgeting and forecasting   - Fund Management.   - Responsible for cash flow preparation and variation analyses along with expense variation.   - Co-ordination with Banks, Internal Audit team and Statutory Auditors.   - Implementing effective controls and processes in accounts team.   Desired Candidate Profile :   - Must be CA qualified.(Experience required Post Qualification)   - The candidate should have good knowledge of Accounting and taxation   - Good working experience of Tally and ERP ( Preferably Navision ).   - The candidate should have strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel.   - The candidate should have the quality of team working skills.   - The candidate should possess good communications skills both oral and written   - The candidate should have ability to work well under pressure.   Company Profile:   Aristotle Consultancy Pvt.
