Aristocrat Technologies - PMO

Requirements:

- 11+ years of extensive experience in project management in a global organization.

- Good project-management skills including experience in planning, executing and controlling mid-size projects in large volume.

- Demonstrated managerial experience to interact directly with senior management and technical staff at all levels.

- Proven results working in a distributed team environment, where coordinating efforts across matrixed teams was critical to success.

- Ensure project related documentation is maintained in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Program Office methodology.

- Create WBS for all projects and maintain in clarity.

- Manage and communicate program/project risks and issues.

- Provide regular reports to stakeholders on progress of the programs/projects

- MBA degree is preferred.

- PMP certification is preferred.

- Candidates with "Gaming Software" and/or "Mobile Applications" experience will be highly regarded.

- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills

- Strong "Program Management" background is highly desirable.
