Key Responsibilities

- Sales forecasting : Generating area-level forecast with emphasis on maintaining optimum customer inventory

- Business growth : Planning and achieving budgeted top line and bottom-line growth for the area

- Distribution and manpower management : Planning, managing and evaluating sales and distribution infrastructure to enhance business performance

- Customer and Process : Efficiently drive relationship and activation programs in view of business and customer growth

- Financial discipline and control : To minimize credit exposure and receivables

- People : Motivating, developing and aligning the team members towards meaningful execution of organizational objectives

- Logistics Management : Planning and evaluating the permanent dispatch plan as per the agreed service levels
