Preferred Candidate
1. Candidate must have extensive experience in General Trade in Mumbai with exposure to Thane dist and Navi Mumbai.
2. Candidate should be around 30-35 yrs old with 8+ yrs of Field Sales experience. Should be an out and out high performer in FMCG sales who has grown through the ranks in the organizations he has worked.
3. Candidate should be an ASM currently in his organization good people management experience and handle large sales volumes.
Roles & Responsibility
- Develop Sales promotion plans for delivering sales volumes.
- Develop and administer credit policies and ensure timely collections.
- Analyze sales outlet performance at regular intervals to initiate corrective action.
- Develop month wise forecast for territory sales.
- Ensure periodic meetings at customer outlets to calibrate customer expectations, understand competitor plans in order to proactively counter competitive action.
- Build a positive and impacting relationship with all channel partners with in the framework of company policies.
- Execute policies on market returns and arrange for appropriate disposal of damaged and expired stocks.
- Ensure morale and motivation levels of the front line sales force. Focus on developing and upgrading of the sales force.
- Implement and administer policies, plans, systems, and targets in respect of local key accounts
