The working culture is employee friendly with various opportunities to grow within the organization. They are looking for a Area sales manager to manage their Chennai territory.
Job Description: Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for :
- Responsible for the growth and development of the territory.
- Achieving and managing delivery of sales growth targets for all the key SKUS.
- Liaising with the regional team to execute the brand campaigns.
- Developing new distribution channels to ensure brand availability.
- Reviewing progress of the sales team on a regularly basis.
The Successful Candidate:
- You will be a 2012-2013 batch passout from a Premier B school with at least 3 years sales of experience within the FMCG sector.
- You should have excellent communication skills and have the ability of manage multiple accounts in order to contribute to the company's growth aspiration.
