Area Sales Manager - FMCG

One of the largest Indian FMCG MNCs wishes to recruit Area Sales Managers for West and South, based at large cities.

The incumbent would be managing Sales, Distribution and trade marketing in the assigned area. He would be supported by a team of 5-8 sales officers to spearhead the traditional sales in the area.

Candidate profile : Premier B School graduates

Should have experience in

- Handling sales in the traditional format with team management exposure .

- Managing distributors and developing new distributors.

- Working out Route to market plans and managing launches efficiently.

- Should be adept in business analysis, manpower handling, team building, business processes, planning and on-ground execution.
