Client Details :
Our client is a multi billion dollar MNC in the direct selling space. With a solid presence across the world and bestselling product portfolio - they are rapidly growing in India, and therefore looking for an Area Sales Manager to look after the east region based in Kolkata.
Job Description :
Reporting to the Regional Head, you will be responsible for :
- Working with a team of distributors to plan and achieve sales targets for the area
- Identifying opportunities which have a potential for launch of new or existing products
- Coordinating various sales programs and acting as mentor and guide for the sales force
- Establishing long term relationships with distributors and customers, and maintaining channels to receive regular customer feedback
Profile :
- The ideal candidate would come with at least 10 years of sales and training experience with an established FMCG, insurance or direct sales organisation. He/she must also have a proven track record with sales targets and overall performance.
- The client would also like the candidate to be self-motivated and possess superior leadership, negotiation and influencing skills that they have clearly demonstrated in the past. A high Emotional Quotient and training skills would also be desirable.
