- Experience & knowledge of channel sales, managing existing dealers, calculating RoI, Appointing new dealers
- Setting-up effective review systems for Distribution
- Creating processes that support the Channel Partners in realizing their interests (ROI as per Industry Standards, Claim Settlement)
- Promote products in individual customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars and trade shows
- Responsible for primary and secondary sales of products
- Follow through sales processes applying appropriate sales-tools, tactics and strategies in order to close the deal
- Participate in the sales planning exercise for location
- Provide information about market trends, competitor's sales practices and potential projects
- Ensure customer satisfaction by timely responding to all customer requests so that customers find it easy to do business.
- Support new products launches
- Channel Expansion and business development through new dealers / retailers.
- Handling of small projects to supplement secondary sales.
- Realization of payments and Managing Receivables from Dealer.
Candidate Requirement :
